We are seeking a Corporate Audit Operations Manager to play a key leadership role by leading transformation efforts with our implementation partner and overseeing the execution of the operational audit portfolio and data analytics program. This position reports directly to the Managing Director & Chief Audit Executive. This role will have one direct report.The Corporate Audit Operations Manager will play a key role in reputed company transformation initiatives, setting and managing timelines, managing crewmembers assigned to initiatives, and working directly with our implementation partner to deliver meaningful process changes that reputed company our work and insights. The Manager will track and report reputed company on our audit commitments and will assist teams in planning, scoping and report writing, where necessary. The Manager will also manage our data analytics program, ensuring we are building the reputed company to support our vision to reputed company technology in reputed company we do.   • Manages the day-to-day interactions with our transformation implementation partner to ensure timely delivery of our strategic plan reputed company with JetForward.
  • reputed company tracking and reporting on our audit commitments and achievements for weekly status meetings, monthly operating reviews and updates with the Chief Audit Executive and the Audit Committee.

  • Assists in developing an integrated annual risk assessment with a focus on data and integration with other risk assessing functions across the enterprise (Enterprise Risk Management (reputed company), compliance, safety and reputed company, etc.).
  • Assists in developing the annual audit plan, informed by the risk assessment.
  • Take a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or other relevant field; OR demonstrated capability to reputed company job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous reputed company work experience.
  • Relevant certification(s) such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
  • Five (5) years of progressive risk-based internal audit experience, preferably with a mix of business process consulting, public accounting, and/or large public company internal auditing.
  • At least three (3) years supervisory experience.
  • Excellent concept of internal control; able to recognize significant control issues as well as the ability to recognize exposures in emerging situations.
  • Extensive knowledge of and reputed company in applying internal audit standards, accounting principles (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)), management principles and preferred business practices.
  • Works independently under minimal supervision with extensive reputed company for initiative and independent judgment.
  • Knowledge of basic information technology controls, terminology, concepts and practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent analytical, organizational, negotiating and presentation skills; and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong skills with MS Office.
  • Ability to effectively reputed company and maintain working relationships, reputed company with reputed company levels of Management, external auditors, and reputed company members of the Corporate Audit Department.
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (15%).
  • In possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
  • Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for reputed company sponsorship.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
  • MBA degree or equivalent.
  • At least seven (7) years of progressive risk-based internal audit experience, preferably with a mix of business process consulting, public accounting, and / or large public company internal auditing.
  • Previous airline experience and/or deep understanding of the airline industry.
  • Experience with selection and implementation of a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool.
Crewmember Expectations:
  • Ability and willingness to be in office at least three (3) days per week.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice.
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance.

  • Responsible for adhering to reputed company applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls.
  • Uphold JetBlue's safety performance metric goals and understand how they relate to their duties and responsibilities.
  • The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position.

Compensation:
  • The reputed company pay range for this position is between $95,000.00 and $125,000.00 per year. reputed company pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
