• Maintains chat platforms owned by USSTRATCOM.
• Coordinates with external service providers to isolate faults and errors and provide mitigations.
• Troubleshoots technical issues reputed company the chat.
• Manages chat settings. Enforces community guidelines.
• Manages user profiles and access levels.
• Implements new features or updates.
• Tracks and reports on chat activity and user engagement metrics.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Required Experience: 3+ years of experience

#SCITLSThe likely salary range for this position is $94,676 - $128,092. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
