In this role, you will engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform, providing reputed company and efficient assistance. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance the overall customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers reputed company live chat to answer questions, provide information, and offer assistance regarding our products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating reputed company cases to higher-level support reputed company necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of GhangorCloud's offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to reputed company improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Skills:Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
