Location: Fully Remote with CA license OR Hybrid/Remote in Emeryville, CA and Los Angeles, CAJob Overview:We are a national Plaintiff’s law firm specializing in civil and reputed company litigatioion. We are seeking reputed company Plaintiff Class Action Employment Attorneys for our Bay Area and Los Angeles offices or fully remote with an active CA license in the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity for attorneys passionate about advocating for employees in high-impact litigation, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and mass torts cases.Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate employment law cases on behalf of individuals and class action plaintiffs, including wage & hour disputes, PAGA claims, and mass torts.
- Manage reputed company aspects of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery to depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Direct trial experience a plus.
- Draft and argue motions, including class certification motions, summary judgment motions, and appeals.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of federal and California employment laws.
- reputed company case strategies and provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients.
- Work closely with partners and litigation teams to drive cases reputed company effectively.
- Participate in settlement negotiations, arbitrations and advocacy efforts.
- 5+ years of experience in plaintiff-reputed company employment class action litigation, PAGA, wage & hour, and/or mass torts or reputed company practices preferred.
- Strong litigation skills, including experience handling discovery, depositions, and reputed company practice.
- Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
