Who You Are: ✅ 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) ✅ Passionate about patient engagement & health coaching ✅ Strong in chronic disease management & care coordination ✅ Skilled at EHR/EMR navigation & documentation ✅ Empathetic, driven, and a problem-solver Why Join Us?
