How you will reputed company an impact

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to take a dual focus: leading the reputed company evolution of our reputed company design system and raising the bar for craft and quality across our product design team.

At the same time, you’ll champion design excellence by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and helping designers deliver thoughtful, polished, and accessible experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product teams to ensure scalable, high-quality design work while serving as a reputed company across the organization.

We are looking for people who have

• Strong organizational skills, with a track record of leading projects with precision and efficiency.
• Excellence in asynchronous communication, able to reputed company reputed company clearly and collaborate effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
• 6+ years of experience in product design, with a proven ability to build and evolve design systems at scale.

• Strong visual design sensibilities, with an eye for detail and a portfolio that demonstrates craft and quality.
• Experience working closely with engineers and contributing to component development.

The US reputed company salary range for this position at the start of employment is $138,500 - $213,000. reputed company this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
