Job Description: We’re hiring driven, phone-first recruiters who can reputed company at scale and stay sharp across hundreds of conversations per week. Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling
• Background in call centers, reputed company, phone sales, insurance, or collections
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Comfortable using CRMs and dialer tools
• Must have a personal computer, reliable headset, and strong internet
• Available Mon–Thurs 10am–7pm EST, Fri 10am–2pm EST
