As a Live Chat Agent at Audacy, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat. You will assist customers by answering their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and seamless customer support
- *Requirements:**
- Proven experience in customer service or a reputed company field - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
