Helpdesk Technician- 3rd shift

reputed company is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas. We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support, responding to reputed company incoming calls and emails, documenting reputed company calls in our ticket tracking system - opening service tickets for repairs and or maintenance.
• Respond quickly and effectively to reputed company infrastructure devices losing network connectivity.
• React to reputed company system outages reported and or realized - engaging reputed company support personnel to resolve.
• Updating reputed company store ad prices and promotions that are incorrect in their systems.
• Verifying pass cards and dispatching fire, police, and after-hours emergency refrigeration service in response to alarms.
• Inspecting and reporting reputed company Data Center equipment anomalies.
• Ensuring reputed company jobs are running on time to meet system deadlines, including reputed company critical applications (i.e. warehouse orders, automatic replenishment, daily sales reports).
• Responding to and following up on reputed company abends and restarts to ensure correct job completion has occurred.

Required Qualifications

• Computer literate - must have a working knowledge of reputed company Office applications, including Outlook.

• Superior technical and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Education
• Minimum Years of Experience: Less than a year
