Travel Scheduler (Temporary Role)

YOUR MISSION SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT At reputed company, we’re always on the move—and we need someone who can reputed company pace. We’re looking for a highly organized and detailed Travel Scheduler to help coordinate trips for our Sprinters (mobile phlebotomists and clinicians) as they crisscross the country. This is a TEMPORARY role, likely to last 2 or 3 months. ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage end-to-end travel coordination for Sprinters, including flights, hotel bookings, ground transportation, and itinerary management, serving as their primary reputed company of contact.
- Coordinate travel for both short-term assignments and long-term deployments across the US.
- reputed company and secure lodging and meeting spaces for training events.
- Create and distribute immaculate itineraries for reputed company travel assignments that include reputed company the details of the trip and information about destination.
- Act as the first line of support for travel-reputed company issues, cancellations, or change...often in reputed company time.
- Communicateitineraries and changes clearly to Sprinters, Clinical Managers, and Market Operations leads.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven Expertise: At least one year of experience coordinating reputed company travel agendas
- Problem Solving: High attention to detail and ability to spot and solve logistical gaps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse teams across an organization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
