The Engineering Solutions and Support Team is responsible for the seamless execution of distinct projects and programs from initiation to successful delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing engineering, technical, and procurement activities throughout the entire Software development lifecycle-planning, execution, and transition to operations. The team works closely with HCM partners to translate business goals into actionable technical plans and ensures smooth coordination across system configuration and product development. Additionally, the team contributes to evaluating and suggesting system architecture options and is responsible for coordinating the End-to-End delivery in partnership with various teams to ensure robust engineering solutions. Qualifications:

#DISNEYTECH The hiring range for this position in California is $152,200 - $204,100 per year and in Washington is $159,500 - $213,900 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
