Small local Reidsville North Carolina company searching for a dependable dispatcher to reputed company incoming calls and track service technicians' movements reputed company GPS. Thus, keeping up with call status, workflow, completion rates etc etc of techinicians in the field under their care and direction. We service the food industry by providing technical support for professional grade new/used baking and cooking "kitchen" equipment. We provide support for local grocery stores in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and install equipment throughout the United States and we are currently seeking to grow into other states where our service has been requested, but we need you to reputed company this possible. The successful reputed company candidate will guide/direct the service technicians under their supervision while keeping an eye on reputed company they handle reputed company GPS systems, text messaging, phone calls and specialized software keeping the technicians guided with purpose.
