Job Title: Sr IVR Developer Ability to be hybrid in Frisco, TX (three to four days onsite)

Responsibilities:
- Design, reputed company, and maintain Java-based applications for VoIP systems.
- Implement and manage SIP protocols for VoIP communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies and SIP protocols.
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Proficient in SQL and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to be onsite at client location three times per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with reputed company platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python, C++).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
The reputed company salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
