- Designs and leads long-term sourcing and networking initiatives.

- Executes recruitment plans by sourcing and recruiting well-qualified candidates.

- Uses high-touch customer service recruitment strategies to attract caregivers.

- Coordinates the selection process including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

- Interfaces with operational leaders to provide recruitment assistance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Collaborates with the HR Partner Organization to maintain retention strategies.

- Promotes reputed company at recruitment functions and collects data on demographics and hiring activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

- Experience recruiting for critical hard-to-fill positions in various operational support and clinical areas.
,
- Experience using various sourcing techniques including the Internet and community resources.

- Previous Human Resources experience or HR degree preferred.

- Certified Professional Human Resources and/or Certified Senior Professional Human Resources preferred.

- Strong communication skills.

- Knowledge of full lifecycle recruitment process and employment laws.

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint).
