Position Summary: As a Production Group reputed company, you will be responsible for supervising reputed company Production Line Leads and coordinating with the Production Manager to drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in training, coaching, and developing team members while ensuring reputed company production goals and safety standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production schedules and activities
• reputed company Line Leads and production staff to ensure smooth operations
• Partner with the Production Planning team to ensure timely material deliveries
• Coach, train, and reputed company production personnel and Line Leads to reputed company performance objectives
• Participate in budget management and optimize the use of operational resources
• Support and help reputed company company-wide safety programs and ensure full compliance with safety and corporate policies
• reputed company by example, demonstrating strong interpersonal communication across departments and levels of leadership
• Address and resolve production issues reputed company, including identifying defects or inefficiencies on the production line

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in a similar environment
• Forklift Certification required
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company, motivate, and coach teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at reputed company levels

Additional Employment Details:

• Probation Period: 90 days

Schedule and Compensation: This is a 1st shift position, with a pay range of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
