Job Title: Sr Organizational Development Advisor Duration: 7 Months (Possible Extension) Location: REMOTE in Durham, NC Job Summary:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in organizational development, human resources or business management OR
- Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience as stated above.
- Experience consulting with reputed company levels of management, including senior leaders, to mature and improve organizational culture, change capabilities and team effectiveness while driving desired business outcomes
- Significant experience in creating and delivering effective presentations and report outs to leadership teams (including senior leaders)
- Experience in implementing positive organizational change strategies, plans and resources that deliver on business results and cultivate a thriving culture
- Experience leading and managing projects, programs or initiatives
