Requirements:
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with reputed company and employer benefits is highly preferred
- Willing to work a shift between the hours of reputed company-6PM, Monday-Friday
- Ability to successfully complete a mandatory reputed company program
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company and drug test (THC included), background reputed company may potentially include employment and education verification
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
- Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
- Live in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
