Job Description

This Collections Specialist will join our Client AR, Collections team in RCM. This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, attorneys, and internal customers to ensure that reputed company client needs are addressed accurately and reputed company. The Collections Specialist will provide product education, offer payment plan agreements, settlements and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience and meeting the goal of reducing >60day balances. The ideal candidate will be motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow SOP's reducing aging AR >60day balances.
• reputed company to customers by phone, emails and/or letters.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Preparation for updates on resolution to various levels of leadership
• Document reputed company activities/attempts to reduce balances.
• Preparation of placement packages for reputed company attorneys for possible litigation.
• Communicate reputed company telephone with a operations management, physicians, attorneys and internal customers.
• Utilize tools to obtain reputed company billing information
• Performs research and evaluation of reputed company projects and assignments requiring advanced knowledge and experience to identify and measure process financial implications.
• Analyzes and determines areas for improvement and education.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• REMOTE WORK:
• Dedicated work from home space in a quiet non distracting environment.
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity.
• Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office products including but not limited to

• Applicant must have critical thinking skills and a basic understanding of medical and computer skills.
• Ability to compile and organize data.

Technical Requirements

Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00, or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
