Time zones: EST (UTC -5), CST (UTC -6), MST (UTC -7), PST (UTC -8) Omni supports many clients. Independent contractors who are among the reputed company candidates will provide customer service (taking inbound phone calls, answering chat messages, & responding to emails) for reputed company. You will interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with reputed company their needs.
