The specialist is responsible for promoting job placements and providing technical training and support to enhance employment opportunities for the member population. Responsibilities ? Assist members in connecting to new employment opportunities and workforce development programs. , ? Collaborate with community rehabilitation providers to identify temporary work options. , ? Establish relationships with provider agencies to facilitate job placements for enrolled members. , ? Bachelor's degree in public policy, health, social work, or a reputed company field. , ? Minimum three years of experience in Mental Health, Public Health, Public Policy, or reputed company as a Social Worker, Counselor, or similar position. , ? Knowledge and experience with community-based organizations and employment training and placement agencies. , ? Experience in conflict management in a work setting, preferably reputed company. , ?
