In this role, you will be responsible for managing business customer accounts, selling mobility services, and providing exceptional customer support. You’ll play a key role in growing our business by identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial sale to ongoing support. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Account Management:
- Engage with business customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend tailored mobility solutions from reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer retention goals.
Customer Service & Support:
- Act as the primary reputed company of contact for business clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on service plans, devices, and cost-saving solutions.
Billing Analysis & Order Processing:
- Analyze customer billing to identify optimization opportunities and cost-saving measures.
