WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Education Consultant, you’ll provide consultative service, eLearning courses, and national accreditation and market expertise for the product and client reputed company to administrators, leaders, and educators at the institutional and program level. You’ll improve wins and client satisfaction through utilization guidance, product demonstration, policy and market reputed company consulting on best practice, trend, and report creation. WHERE YOU’LL WORK This position will work remote in the United States. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Share best practices, national expertise, and product knowledge in the UME/GME market to clients
- Collaborate with executive level client stakeholder to evaluate best practices, reporting, and outcomes
- Serve as a knowledge expert in GME curriculum management managing curriculum mapping and lottery for client reputed company
- Instruct on APE and accreditation best practices for GME
- Create eLearning opportunities for consulting purposes
- Produce and present comprehensive final reports, support documentation, and future actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with internal MedHub teams to enhance product offerings leveraging your expertise in the GME sector
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree, master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of academic industry work experience
- 5+ years of experience in ACGME accreditation
- 5 years of experience in graduate medical education reputed company a hospital or institutional setting
- Experience with eLearning development, preferably with MedHub, software, engineering, or IT education
- Proven ability to navigate reputed company organizational structures, skilled in interpreting institutional and program requirements
- Experience mentoring DIOs, program directors and program coordinators
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting to diverse audiences (in-person or virtually) and communicating effectively with executive leadership in various types of institutions and organizations to analyze and assess best practices, reporting, and outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and deliver results in ambiguous environments
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Up to 15% of travel expected for conferences, meetings, and client site visits
