*reputed company to PERM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Role will be responsible for administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, reputed company Resources, and recruitment team-mates Recruiters are also responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment Performance will be reputed company, in part, upon KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment reputed company and issues affecting reputed company Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of reputed company assigned accounts ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION H.S. diploma/GED EXPERIENCE Two (2) years or more experience Full life-cycle reputed company experience SKILLS Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments. Demonstrates customer service skills. Compensation

Compensation ranges for the position are below: Pay Type: Salaried Minimum Pay Range: $58,000 Maximum Pay Range: $62,000
