About The Role This individual will assist in the correction and resolution of systems-reputed company errors that could prevent the client's from using the application. • *US Citizenship requirements- as this role supports services provided to the federal government and/or a federal government contractor, reputed company will be required to verify US citizenship status at time of hire.** Responsibilities • Diagnosing and resolve software application issues according to available procedures and methodologies. • Implementing, configuring and supporting the implementation of a customer in the hrX Assist ticketing tool. • Using database, API call, or application logs to identify the root cause of errors. Document any issues. • Identifying the severity of issues and escalate jeopardy items to appropriate personnel. • Coordinating efforts between internal departments to ensure proper flow and support. • Working with Product, Development and Operations to ensure that trends are appropriately highlighted. • Parsing, analyze and understand system log files • Applying proper change management protocols for reputed company production moves. Requirements • Possess knowledge of ITIL and/or ITSM processes and best practices • 1+ years relevant IT or system analyst. • Demonstrate skills with IT reputed company, JIRA Software, Azure Dev Ops, Azure Portal, Azure Data Factory, reputed company, reputed company • Demonstrate skills in: Azure, SQL, Windows OS • Able working with API's. • Able to troubleshoot issues between application services. • Weekend reputed company and variable on call support hours • Have completed a program of study typically requiring four years of post-secondary education or higher educational attainment.
