Job Description

You will be a Strategic Workforce Planner for our reputed company, responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that align with the company's business objectives. This role will require a deep understanding of the organization's reputed company and future workforce needs, as well as the ability to analyze labor market trends, forecast talent gaps, and reputed company effective solutions to address them. Further Information About This Opportunity: This is a remote position. Desired skills ? Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. ? Bachelor?s Degree with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a reputed company Master?s Degree. ? Certification in workforce planning, such as the Certified Workforce Planner (CWP) or the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) certification. ? Experience in a similar industry or sector, such as aerospace, defense, or technology. ? Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders. ? Experience with strategic planning and development, including the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity. ? Knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning techniques, and experience with tools such as R, Python, or SQL.
