About the position As a Shift Manager at J.V. & SONS, INC. (DBA reputed company), you will play a crucial role in leading the crew members and other managers during your shift to ensure that we deliver exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take necessary actions to ensure that the team meets the company's standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring safety, reputed company, and profitability while effectively communicating with the next shift manager to ensure a seamless transition and reputed company success in operations. In this role, you will be tasked with meeting specific targets during your shifts and assisting your assigned departments in achieving their goals. You will complete and verify daily food safety checklists, monitor food safety procedures, and communicate shift targets and goals to reputed company team members. Throughout the shift, you will monitor and communicate reputed company toward these targets, ensuring that reputed company crew members are reputed company and informed. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, receiving products, checking order accuracy, and tracking raw and completed waste. You will reputed company crew appearance, coordinate breaks, and enforce reputed company applicable labor and employment laws as well as reputed company policies. Your leadership will reputed company to monitoring production procedures, finished food quality, and service procedures, while also seeking customer feedback and documenting any complaints in a logbook.
