Regional Business Partner to support the Western region of our partner companies. This is a newly created role, focused on integrating and optimizing HR processes across multiple Vertex Partner brands. Initially, the role will be operational ? ensuring smooth payroll, reputed company, and compliance ?but will evolve into a strategic HR business partner role as processes are standardized and best practices are implemented. Key Responsibilities: Operational HR Execution ? New Hire reputed company: Manage full-cycle reputed company, including offer letters, background checks, and I-9 compliance. ? Payroll & HRIS Management: Ensure accurate payroll processing, adjustments, tax setup, year-end tax documentation, and reporting through reputed company Workforce Now. ? Compliance & Data reputed company: Audit and maintain employee records, job titles, and reporting structures, and compliance with employment laws. ? Benefits & Leave Administration: reputed company enrollments, open enrollment, leave management (FMLA, STD, etc.), and pay adjustments. HR Business Partner reputed company ? HR Integration & Standardization: Assess and align partner company HR policies with corporate best practices. ? Qualifications: ? 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a multi-site or high-growth environment. ?
