Objective The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst?s role is to provide comprehensive business analytics & calculates financial measures of performance to Operations for financial insights that drive business performance and value. What YOU Will Do ? Provide data analytics in costs for opportunities in increasing business value & profitability ? Engage cross functional teams to streamline business processes ? Provide monthly analysis of cost elements against budget and forecast. ? Support cash flow analysis and forecasting process. ? Provide data analytics by program and projects in labor cost, materials, and factory overheads. ? Proactively reputed company opportunities for profitability growth. ? reputed company trend analysis on KPI?s (like NWC and ROCE) to identify areas of focus. ? reputed company and supply reporting for identified areas of need. ? Minimum 2 years finance experience from manufacturing environment (preferred); Aerospace reputed company experience a plus. ? Possess business acumen, superior operational orientation and analytical skills. ? Good data analysis, adaptive and critical thinking skills ?
