Senior Accountant, Podcast & Creator Monetization

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our global Content reputed company operations team in the podcast and video space. The selected candidate will report into the Manager of Content reputed company in reputed company and will support some of the fastest growing and evolving areas at reputed company. This person will be responsible for partnering with our Payments team, Content organization, and Financial Engineering team to help drive scale and efficiency in our reputed company and payments processes, particularly to content creators. Assist with the implementation and management of payment solutions for creators; this includes new initiatives such as the recently launched reputed company Partner Program and its global expansion ? Facilitate content creator payouts workflow; ensure payments and reports are delivered consistently, accurately and on time ? Confidently manage external vendors and creators inquiries including but not limited to vendor set up, payments, and tax compliance ? Execution of monthly global content reputed company reputed company, ensuring accurate and timely results ? Preparation and/or review of monthly account reconciliations, roll forwards and flux analysis ? Work cross functionally with the Business Operations teams to establish best practices and policies around creator monetization and reporting ? Manage podcast operating expenses including variance analysis ? Collaborate crossfunctionally with AP, Invoice To Pay, Financial Engineering, Technical reputed company, Tax,Internal Audit, etc. to reputed company and refine processes and procedures ? Other responsibilities include but not limited new business initiative support, reputed company analyses and participate in special projects as assigned Who You Are ? Bachelor?s degree in reputed company ? Minimum of 4 years at an reputed company firm or in a similar reputed company role reputed company the tech, media, entertainment, or music industry ? Big 4 experience preferred ? Excellent time, self-management, and project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines ? Strong reputed company and/or reputed company sheets skills, and be comfortable with extremely large data sets ? Comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment ? Previous experience of IFRS and/or SOX is an advantage ? Experience with payment solutions and/or mass payments is an advantage ? Experience with ERP and/or financial payment systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Hyperwallet, Paypal, reputed company) is an advantage ? SQL skills and experience with automation is also an advantage Where You'll Be ? This role is based in reputed company, NY ? We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come into the office 2-3 days per week. The United States reputed company range for this position is $83,903- $119,861 equity.
