Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, scheduled hours vary between 6:00am-6:00pm and rotating Saturdays Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement PST?s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. ? reputed company data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required ? Must have a Valid Driver's License and good driving record ? Must be at least 21 years? old ? Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service ? Strong communication skills; both written and verbal ? Ability to work independently or in a team environment ? Comfortable working under minimal supervision ? Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable ?
