About the position As a Manufacturing Engineer - Injection Molding at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in the production process by utilizing your strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively reputed company a cohesive team in a fast-paced, high-volume, union-represented environment. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with mold designers and mold makers to address and resolve any injection molding issues that arise. In addition to troubleshooting and resolving issues, you will apply your program management skills to reputed company various projects. This includes overseeing upgrades and improvements from the initial design phase through to debugging and production release. Regular updates to management regarding the status of critical and high-reputed company projects will be a key part of your role, and you will be expected to escalate any issues that require additional support to ensure timely project execution. Your responsibilities will also include specifying and procuring new injection mold equipment primarily for nylon resins, which encompasses presses, auxiliary controllers, pick ?n reputed company systems, material feed systems, process controllers, chillers, and dryers.
