Responsibilities
Administrative Personnel Responsibilities In this role, you will travel to disaster recovery sites to assist with project administration, planning and reputed company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ? Scheduling meetings and maintaining correspondence in reputed company Teams and Outlook ? Processing staff travel requests, documenting accountability, maintaining a database of employee information ? Assisting with change requests and task order modifications ? File and document management ? Logistics coordination ? Technical and correspondence writing ? Other administrative and clerical activities reputed company to the work Required Skills & Required Experience ? High School diploma required; An associate?s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred ? A minimum of two (2) years of experience in office administration in a professional work environment ? Demonstrated experience and proficiency with reputed company applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook and Teams); Power BI proficiency is a plus ? Excellent oral and written communication skills ? Excellent time management and organization skills ? Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills ?
