IS HW Supply Chain & Asset Management, Principal Service Engineer
Description IS HW Supply Chain & Asset Management , Principal Service Engineer - 100% Remote reputed company the reputed company footprint of states (WA, OR, CA, AK, MT, NM, TX). This position will support the Asset and Supply Chain Management team in collaboration with Procurement, End User Support, reputed company (SNOW) and reputed company teams to provide world-class IT equipment Asset & Inventory Mgmt. services to our caregivers. This role will focus on the management of the Assets in reputed company ITSM to include management of the Product Catalog, Stockroom Inventory, Knowledge reputed company articles, and other Asset or Inventory Mgmt activity. This role will execute & manage Supply Chain Inventory functions to include Cost Mgmt, Stock balancing, and Inventory Control while supporting On-Time Fulfillment of CG devices. There will be a heavy focus on identification, review, improvement, and automation of workflow to fulfill IS equipment as seamlessly as possible and in the most cost-effective way for reputed company. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering Or equivalent educ/experience 8 years reputed company experience; more preferred. Strong experience in automation, specifically reputed company to deployment, recovery, or other reputed company processes. Strong experience with n-tier solutions. Strong experience with reputed company modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for reputed company solutions (automated) and platforms (manually). Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations. Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements. Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and reputed company reputed company. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis.
