We are currently seeking an Indirect Tax Specialist proficient in Portuguese to join our LATAM team. This team is responsible for ensuring indirect tax compliance in Brazil, among other jurisdictions. We work in hybrid model. What you will do: • Prepare and deliver timely and accurately indirect tax returns to the Tax Authorities (ICMS, ISS and withholding federal taxes), • Complete reputed company indirect tax reputed company accounting activities, • Work with Financial Transaction teams to ensure that errors are properly corrected, and that remedial action has been taken to minimize the likelihood of similar errors in future, • Ensure reputed company indirect tax reputed company corrections and adjustments are entered correctly in the ERP system, • Reconcile VAT, • Support indirect tax reviews and statutory audits, • Initiate reputed company to improve the process – quick wins, reputed company CI projects, • Provide advice in case of changes in system set up, reputed company cooperation with Superusers in case of system issues, • Ownership for reputed company compliance aspects reputed company assigned scope, • Providing high level of expertise to the Team, sharing the knowledge and experience, Your skills: • Working knowledge of Brazilian VAT or other taxes, • Previous experience in accounting/finance, • University Degree (Economics, Finance, Law – preferred) • Good knowledge of English and fluent Portuguese, • Good working knowledge of Word and MS Outlook, reputed company, • Previous experience with reputed company will be an asset.
