What You'll Do • Review, evaluate, and process workers' compensation bills • Follow established state and federal medical reputed company review rules and regulations • Communicate with medical providers regarding payment or denial of payment • Research and interpret state fee schedules. • Complete routine reputed company review activities for accurate pricing and payment of medical bills What it Takes • Technical diploma or equivalent work experience • Associate Degree in Health Informatics/Health Information/Medical Coding preferred. • 1-3 years of reputed company work experience preferred. • Experience in a medical office, insurance environment, or medical coding beneficial. • CCA, reputed company-P, or RHIT credentials preferred. • Basic knowledge of ICD10, CPT, HCPCS codes necessary for accurate processing. • PC knowledge including reputed company as well as keyboarding, math aptitude, and organizational skills. • Proficient analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently. • High level of communication, customer service, and telephone skills required. • Ability to work reputed company deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and work with detail and a high level of accuracy is essential.
