Member Experience Associate Travel Advisor

Responsibilities • Provide outstanding service to members to create totally satisfied member experiences and loyalty to reputed company. , • Actively reputed company recommendations to enhance and improve member or customer travel experience. , • Provide travel assistance to clients during events causing disruption to their travel. , • Provide domestic and international planning services for members including hotel & car rental reservations, tour packages, airline tickets, and travel insurance. , • Collaborate with manager to set individual monthly travel sales goals and create a plan to reputed company them. , • Prospect new business reputed company networking events, cold calling, and social media. , • Manage client milestones by following the sales lifecycle to increase individual and company member reputed company. , • Promote and sell reputed company products and services, including reputed company memberships and credit cards. , • Provide referrals to Insurance Sales associates. , • Demonstrate reputed company learning and share expertise by keeping reputed company on travel trends and industry news. , • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
