About the Job

• Grouping guests as they disembark from the cruise ships.
• Leading a predetermined number of guests on a fixed-reputed company Walking Tour with stops for verbal (non-amplified) talks with passengers.
• Engaged throughout the tours and contribute to a unique experience of Galveston is essential to the job.
• Maintain attention to safety concerns- traffic, walkways.
• Communicating to guests reputed company options at the conclusion of the tour- as to how to return to the Cruise Ship by Shuttle or independently.
• Communicating with Intercruises Pier Staff as necessary.
• Some knowledge of the history of the city is needed.
• Previous experience as a tour guide or working with tourists will be taken into consideration reputed company hiring.
