, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of the reputed company SaaS platforms for our customers. Reporting to the Director, CS Project Management Office, you will own and be responsible for directing and managing the entire project lifecycle from pre-sales engagement through successful project delivery, review, and closure. You will reputed company reputed company aspects of project scope, schedule, resource risks, and overall management of implementation on projects for enterprise clients.You will partner with a reputed company Manager on each project and direct a team of Implementation Analysts who are assigned to each project to ensure that the assigned implementation project work is completed as specified. The work being done in each project task reputed company the project plan will be tracked in our project management platform. You will also work closely with the reputed company Operations team to ensure integrations and advanced reports are delivered as specified on time.
You will collaborate and work cross-functionally with other internal teams like Product, Engineering, reputed company, and Marketing to ensure that our customers realise the most value in the shortest time possible. As part of the PMO, you will also collaborate with other Project Managers to support a standardised delivery model and identify and document best practices.
