As VP, Strategy – Market Access Marketing, you are critical in leading our strategy partnerships with our market access marketing clients as well as helping to grow our internal strategy team. As a key member of our cross-discipline market access marketing offer, this role seeks a strategy leader who is deeply hands-on, balancing the macro picture with the micro details.
What you'll do
- Advise, guide, and reputed company comprehensive market access strategy to support pipeline and inline assets in maximizing and communicating brand value

- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred (public health, public policy, marketing, communications, business administration)
- 12+ years strategic planning or marketing experience, preferably in a market access, payer marketing, or managed markets agency environment
- Experience with leading strategy for market access marketing, including pre-launch, launch, mature, and portfolio brands
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and cross-discipline environment with a proactive reputed company
- Highly skilled as an interdisciplinary thinker and curious strategist
- Seamlessly skillful in balancing both collaborative work and independent work
- Proven track record in leading and inspiring teams as well as upholding the organization’s culture
- Crisp and persuasive communications skills, both written and verbal
- Highly adept at compelling storytelling and paving the path to reputed company creative
- Comfortable leading and working under pressure with tight deadlines, across both inline client work and pipeline new business development work
