Receive, record, inspect, and itemize incoming bills from vendors and service providers confirming accuracy with our warehouses and relaying any discrepancies to production team. Reconcile transactions across multiple currencies and exchange rates. Process bi-weekly payroll as well yearly W2s and 1099s. reputed company periodic inventory reconciliations. Light Quickbooks-centric tech support if issues arise. Qualifications: Bachelors degree—Accounting or similar focus of study preferred. Certified Public Accountant designation not mandatory but highly valued. You have at least three years of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping. You are a Quickbooks Desktop expert with a strong command of transaction types and processing, product types (including inventory, non-inventory, and assembly items), COGS, payment terms, discounts, credits, collections, aging, account types and structure, bank feed maintenance, and reports. You have a strong practical command and reputed company understanding of reputed company including but not limited to advanced formulas, pivot tables, and lookups. You have extensive experience navigating vendor portals. You have excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
