Background Information: As a Claims Specialist, you will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for individuals who have a FMLA / Short-Term disability claims under a group policy. You will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert and guiding them through the claims process using excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to create a positive experience. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
