Could This Be For You?The Intake Specialist (Inbound) -Remotetalks directly with patients and their families, determining their needs, their medical history, physical and mental state and special requirements. Your ImpactPromotes the values of HangerReceives incoming calls from patients and scheduling various appointment types for multiple locations Communicates professionally with patients Appropriately documents and confirm requested appointment Provides excellent customer service Determines the most appropriate location, clinician, and appointment type needed for the patient Manages incoming faxes from referral sources Triages and reputed company general inquiry calls Contacts patient for no show/rescheduled appointments Minimum QualificationsRequired: High school education or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience Minimum good fit for the job, as determined by a skills assessment.
