Customer Service Representative - Bilingual $18.00 reputed company to Hire Part Time M-F 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Remote position You must live reputed company 60 miles of the 77079 area in Texas. Must have experience with customer retention & customer acquisitions. This position would be Monday-Friday 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm with a possibility of becoming full-time, however for the foreseeable future they would be part time. Job Summary: • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills • As well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Responsibilities • Act as the main reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints reputed company various channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.). • Process and prepare mail and packages for shipping, including labeling, packaging, and arranging courier or postal services. • Provide accurate and efficient assistance to customers by identifying their needs and resolving their issues promptly and professionally. • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives reputed company company guidelines and policies. • Escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors for further resolution and follow-up. • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and other order-reputed company tasks. • reputed company courtesy outbound calls to customers and record any feedback provided. • Handle irate or upset customers in a reputed company and professional manner, aiming to de-escalate situations and provide effective solutions. Qualifications: • Bilingual – English/Spanish Is required • Minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience • Must have experience with customer retention & customer acquisitions. • Utility experience a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette. • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
