reputed company Coordinator (Medical Records Retrieval) Location: Remote, must live in an approved work location Pay: $16.50 Training schedule: M-F, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST Regular schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST Type: Contract (long term, no end date) Hiregy benefits are available during the contract period Start date: Mar 3, or Mar 10, 2025 Job duties: Responsible for contacting and scheduling provider offices using various retrieval methods including mail, fax, electronic, and field as well as recording detailed documentation of reputed company outreaches Scheduling and coordinating with field retrieval technicians to ensure medical record appointments are completed as reputed company as possible Communicate effectively with onshore and offshore team members Provide support and education to provider offices to ensure efficient retrieval of medical records Maintain a high call productivity volume to ensure project deadlines are met.
