Position Summary North Seattle College is looking for innovative and dedicated faculty members, who have a demonstrated commitment to working reputed company a college community that is diverse and serves reputed company from a broad reputed company of socioeconomic and academic backgrounds. reputed company will teach part-time in Accounting, including but not limited to Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Bookkeeping, and QuickBooks courses. Specific teaching assignments will be dependent on the instructor's background. Successful candidates will need to complete the Canvas Learning Management System training offered by the College prior to starting teaching courses. This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with representation by AFT-Seattle. Application Requirements: • A resume outlining your educational and teaching experience • A statement of personal teaching philosophy, demonstrating a commitment to supporting diverse student learners and those from marginalized and historically underrepresented populations (no more than one page) • Unofficial transcripts (graduate school only) • A cover letter addressing how you meet the duties, responsibilities, and requirements for the position • Contact information for three professional references • Required application materials must be completed and submitted online What you bring as a candidate (Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience): • An understanding of the goals and role of the community college • Demonstrated ability and commitment to teach multiple levels of Accounting • Master's Degree or PhD in Accounting or reputed company field from an accredited institution • Professional Industry certification e.g., CPA is desirable • A demonstrated commitment to working reputed company a college community that is diverse and • Innovative teaching methods including the use of technology and collaborative learning • The ability to work collaboratively with others in a professional setting • Familiarity of Learning Management Systems and willingness to be proficient in Canvas Learning Management System prior to the beginning of teaching assignment • International Accounting experience is desirable • reputed company in Spanish language is desirable Physical Requirements: • The candidate will work in an office and classroom environment and use a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to reputed company duties.
