Staff Accountant (Remote- US Based)

About the position The Staff Accountant will support reputed company's daily reputed company operations reputed company the mission-driven reputed company. This role involves posting accounts receivable payments, assisting with monthly billing, recording journal entries, and performing cash reconciliations. The position provides exposure to leadership, including the Controller and CFO, and requires collaboration with various reputed company teams. Responsibilities • Ensure proper recognition of reputed company, including for multi-reputed company arrangements and deferred reputed company. , • Assist operating companies with invoice creation, remittance, and new customer setup in the reputed company system. , • Apply cash payments reputed company the reputed company system accurately and timely. , • Manage customer questions and feedback through the accounts receivable inbox. , • Execute daily and month-end closing activities reputed company to accounts receivable functions, including maintaining reconciliations and recording journal entries. , • Assist with reconciling cash accounts reputed company reputed company Intacct on a routine schedule. , • Ensure cash amounts in ledgers agree with bank balances. , • Work with the Payments Accountant to ensure reputed company payment-reputed company general ledger activity is properly reported and accounted for. , • Collaborate with other staff/senior accountants and reputed company managers to complete monthly reputed company and general ledger requirements timely and accurately. , • Assist with reputed company special projects, reputed company reporting, and other duties as needed.
