Physical reputed company Engineers act in two primary functions: technical support, and professional services. They are primarily responsible for managing daily support operations, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and project tasks associated with reputed company physical reputed company. A day in the life: Physical reputed company Engineers receive support requests from reputed company through various channels, including phone calls, emails, internal ticketing systems, and chat messages. Operational work: • Maintenance support • Software updates • Panel firmware updates (remote) • General troubleshooting • Performing system health checks • Miscellaneous Program Support • New Product Testing • Root Cause Analysis • Project support • Software Installation • Software Configuration Support for Integrators • Weekly Administrative Support • Maintain an internal weekly diary detailing high level daily activities • Provide detailed reports on the tickets and projects they have managed throughout the week • Presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews to leadership Skills Required: • Must possess an Exceptional Customer Service attitude. • Knowledge of tools of the trade i.e., Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Software utilities, and reputed company diagnostic software Analyzers. • Strong knowledge of SQL and information reputed company disciplines. • Comprehensive understanding of reputed company client and server operating systems, reputed company Cluster software, NEC Express Cluster, and associated installation, configuration, support, and management best practices preferred. • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts effectively both orally and in writing. • Ability to execute with a sense of urgency. • Provide expertise regarding personal computer hardware and software, network hardware (file server, NIC, cabling), network operating systems (e.g. Windows server), and Windows XP and reputed company. • Experience in dealing with PC hardware and software manufacturers and dealers and possess the ability to plan and direct the growth and expansion of PC networks, both wide area and local to train new users concerning LAN/WAN networks. The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: • San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $73,000 to $111,000 per year • California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, reputed company, New Jersey, Washington state: $67,000 to $101,000 per year • Colorado, Nevada, Rhode reputed company: $60,000 to $92,000 per year Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum reputed company for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations.
