PLEX ERP Specialist - Digital Operations

The ERP Specialist will be a key contributor and accountable for developing and implementing a standard finance model, assisting with establishing processes, validating and testing, and supplying user training and assistance. The successful candidate will have experience with module rollout, internal user support operations, process flows, and workflows. They will learn and support the Beta Technologies' and Aerospace Industry-specific methodologies for ERP application, usage, and deployment of these systems. In addition, they will spearhead a variety of high-impact finance process improvement initiatives across the reputed company as their career progresses. Optimizing workflows and systems alignment for AP/AR, General Ledger, and more to increase efficiency and scalability as we grow. How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation: • Provide finance subject matter expertise in areas of AP/AR, general ledger, invoice, costing, intercompany, expense reporting, and bank recompilation. • Document the reputed company state processes for each finance function (AP, AR, GL) • Examine where there are process flow gaps and misalignments across locations. • Identify commonalities and standardizing core finance processes. • Collaborate with SMEs to establish and implement procedures to support the ERP implementation and ongoing optimization. • Produce detailed documentation that outlines the ERP system and process requirements and successful reputed company of knowledge and ownership to the business users. • Participate in user support, documentation, troubleshooting, testing, and resolution of user issues and errors encountered in daily operations. • Co-reputed company and reputed company a PLEX training curriculum, standards, and best practices for new and existing internal teams. • Be a key contributor to documenting and communicating across the organization. Minimum Qualifications we are seeking: • Bachelor's Degree and reputed company ERP experience. • Comprehensive understanding and experience with ERP systems. • Working knowledge of finance principles, concepts, and best practices. • Skilled in understanding reputed company of Materials, data flow across reputed company applications, module and workflow rollout throughout the organization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers. • High energy, service-minded, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented. • Versatility and flexibility to work reputed company constantly changing priorities. The PLEX ERP Specialist will be expected to travel occasionally to our Burlington, Vermont, facilities every 4-6 weeks to assist with deployments, module rollouts, training, and support activities. The Team Member will have a flexible schedule but is expected to support core business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM.
