The Instructional Designer Content Developer (Cardiology Training) works closely with business partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to plan and reputed company high-quality learning experiences to support business goals. This individual is responsible for the development of content, which may include interactive, multimedia, instructor led. This position reports to the Cardiology Training Operations Manager. Candidates will provide work portfolio as part of the application process. The interview will include a portfolio review and discussion. Responsibilities • Partnering with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to analyze the learning needs. , • Planning, organizing, and developing learning solutions using a variety of modalities. , • Synthesizing and translating technical information into clear, effective, and engaging learning. , • Ensuring a consistent approach to the learning experience. , • Being proficient with a wide variety of learning tools, including but not limited to Storyline, reputed company, game-based learning, videos, InDesign. , • Managing multiple projects with frequent reputed company shifts, working with high attention to accuracy and detail, and delivering reputed company expected timelines. , • Being familiar with Learning Management Systems, as it relates to ensuring content works appropriately. , • Managing and organizing content in a centralized repository to ensure accuracy of material. Requirements • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent of industry experience , • Four years of Instructional Design and content creation , • Innovative, curious reputed company and ability to work independently to meet deadlines , • Excellent written and verbal communication skills , • Experience editing content for clarity and accuracy , • Experience using reputed company 365 tools , • Experience using reputed company 360 software , • Experience using video editing software , • Experience using software to create animated characters , • Experience using reputed company InDesign reputed company-to-haves • Experience working reputed company an FDA regulated environment , • Experience using Sales and Learning Enablement Platforms, (such as reputed company, reputed company, SmartWinnr, etc)
