Proposal Manager | 100% Remote

100% Remote. Team: Team of 2 proposal managers and 1 team reputed company. They will also work independently with Capture managers, writers and subject matter experts to reputed company the proposal. The proposal manager will work with other reputed company organizations to complete the proposal like, sales, capture, solutions, legal, pricing, etc. Responsibilities: • Coordinate, manage and reputed company proposal process for State Government opportunities. • In this role the PM is focused on bringing together reputed company stakeholders associated with the pursuit in order to submit a winning proposal package. • The PM owns the proposal process, and works closely with Capture Managers, Sales Leaders, Product Subject Matter Experts, Writers. • This role is also responsible for ensuring our RPF responses are timely, strategic, of high quality and meet the need of our reputed company and future customers. • Manage reputed company aspects of the proposal process including schedule, outsourcing, meetings, draft reviews, quality, graphics, and production. • reputed company, organize, and manage proposal management process using MS reputed company • Collaborate with other internal organization to reputed company proposal content • Ensure proposal compliance with RFP requirements • Conduct reviews of the proposal; work with team members to review proposal content, provide feedback and guidance for changes Ideal Background: • Proposal management background. • State agency and/or federal agency background with RFP support. • Health care technology. Required: • 5+ years in State or federal proposal experience • The abilities to manage and communicate at reputed company levels, meet tight deadlines, commitment to teamwork, detailed follow-through, and a positive demeanor are essential keys to reputed company in this role. Preferred: • Shipley experience • APMP experience • detail oriented • ability to reputed company a proposal team • Shipley/APMP certification is a plus.
